How is the monthly fee set?
Solo starts at $2,000/month for one named role. Unlimited is $5,000/month for unlimited roles. The number doesn't move with usage, integrations, or volume.

Is there a contract or minimum term?
Month-to-month. Cancel any month. No annual lock-in, no termination fee.

What does "unlimited usage" actually mean?
The employee can run as often as the job needs. We absorb all model and infrastructure costs inside the flat fee. If usage spikes 10×, the invoice doesn't.

Can we add more digital employees later?
Yes. Start on Solo and upgrade to Unlimited the moment a second role earns its keep. Or start on Unlimited if you already know you'll run more than one.

Who pays for the model and API costs?
We do. The operator chooses the model for each task and swaps as the market moves. You never see token, request, or hosting line items.

Do you offer pilots or trials?
The 48-hour build is the pilot. If the role doesn't earn its keep in the first month, cancel.
